Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Helen Mortimer Art, every original painting is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Australian Shipping

I ship original artworks throughout Australia.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the artwork. The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Once payment has been received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location and the delivery service. Larger artworks or deliveries to regional areas may take longer.

International Shipping

I am happy to ship original artworks internationally.

International shipping costs will depend on the size and destination of the artwork. Please contact me before purchasing so I can provide a shipping quote.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, customs processing and the delivery service used.

Please allow approximately 10–21 business days, although delivery may take longer in some circumstances.

Tracking and Delivery

Where available, artworks will be sent using a tracked delivery service.

Once your artwork has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside my control, including postal delays, customs processing, weather events or other disruptions.

Damaged Artwork

Every effort is made to package artwork securely.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees required by their country.
